Hebrews 10:19 Therefore, Brothers, Since We Have Confidence To Enter The Most Holy Place By The Blood Of Jesus, By A New And Living Way Opened For Us Through The Curtain, That Is, His Body...
Our plague of pain and suffering gives us a unique perspective on what is important and unimportant. If the person in pain is with a group of people and they are all excited about going to The Most Holy Place, the person in pain might say, "You go on ahead. I will catch up later." This is not to say the person in pain is against God or Christ. This is to say the person in pain does not operate in the same way as those persons who do not suffer. In our example, we must ask "Does Jesus understand the person in pain? Does Jesus care about the person in pain?" What we can say is this: Yes, Jesus does understand the person in pain. We can say yes, Jesus does care about the person in pain. While the group of people goes on ahead and the person in pain is left behind, Jesus will be with the person left behind. Jesus is not so much concerned with formalities as He is with the pain of a person in mind, body, and spirit.
